Posted: 18 Jan 2017 07:12 PM PST 在第二梯的《髖關節鉸鏈動作》的課程中,部份學習剛開始還沒辦法掌握臀部往後推、重心往後移的感覺,可以將彈力帶套在大腿上段(坐下來時,褲子會產生皺褶地方)來練習髖關節鉸鏈動作;而彈力帶有個特性,被拉的愈長,阻力愈大;所以當您把臀部推回來時,彈力帶被拉的愈長,阻力愈大,練習臀部往前用力收縮的感覺。 |
